Moms to Moms, Inc. main service is education. We are dedicated to teach people and/or businesses how to create and/or do marketing for their businesses. We educate through videos, webinars and Live Events.
We have also built an affiliate programs just for the sole purpose for them to learn, after they take the courses, how to do marketing online and not for them to make a lot of money, where Moms to Moms, Inc. attendees can earn commissions from the sales of our products, services. Moms to Moms, Inc. pays commissions in accordance with the only commission they earn from us, which is $45.00 out of the “Plan Elemental” which is the 21 hours of educational program. You can also benefit by sponsoring other participants or business who can do the same. Although the opportunity is unlimited, individual results will vary depending on the commitment levels and sales and marketing skills of each participant.
Results vary widely, and depend entirely on the individual doing the promoting. A strong work ethic and focusing on sales producing activities (eg. placing ads online for the various commissionable products, services and live events) are essential.

Moms to Moms, Inc. does not guarantee that you will make any money from your use or promotion of our business training products, trainings and services. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Moms to Moms, Inc. and all its pages and websites are not responsible for charges already made and services used or not used, after you have accepted our terms and conditions.
Moms to Moms, Inc. accepts the cancellation of its services in any of its pages or internet sites at any time; but it will not return any amount of money or financial compensation, whether or not it has used our services.
Any cancellation will be effective on the same day of the request and / or could take 30 days following the request for cancellation.
Event purchases are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Attendance at any live event also preempts any refund period, so once you have entered a live event all sales are final. All subscription fees are nonrefundable as the benefits of the service are realized immediately upon payment. Moms to Moms Inc. complies with all NC laws and regulations.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION
USER AND MOMS TO MOMS, INC. EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT ALL ARBITRATIONS WILL BE LIMITED TO INDIVIDUAL, NOT REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS OR CLASS CLAIMS.
In the event that the parties to this Agreement dispute the terms, application of the terms of this agreement, or performance hereunder, the parties hereto agree to submit all disputes to binding arbitration governed by the American Arbitration Association and under the Commercial Rules. A single arbitrator will oversee the arbitration. The arbitrator only has authority to award contract damages, and does not have authority to award any punitive, special or consequential damages. User and Moms to Moms Inc. agree that all hearings will be held telephonically. Such arbitration will be final and binding on Moms to Moms Inc. and User and judgment upon any award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction therefor. Each Party’s Attorneys fees will be paid by the respective party. The parties will pay all costs related to the arbitration equally.
Certain products are sold as a monthly service and the recurring monthly fee is clearly noted on the individual product page. If you purchase a product with a recurring charge, the first month is delivered upon purchase. Following months will automatically be billed to your credit card beginning 30 days after this purchase, and on the same date each month thereafter until canceled. There is no long-term contract. You are free to cancel the monthly subscription anytime you like, provided you give our support desk at least 4 business days notice before the next re-billing.
